no afk rewards

Why am I not getting any afk rewards I've been in the afk realm for 20 minutes and its stuck on "Next currency reward in 9:09" and the exact same as next daily spin. But the mythical weapon one works.

If you are unable to claim Discord rewards, your username is likely too long. Please ensure that the total character count of your display name and username on Roblox does not exceed 28 characters. The game checks for your nickname in the format of display name (@username)display name (@username), and unless it detects a match, it will not recognize your association with the Discord server.
Once you have changed your username, please use the /verify/verify command.
