Cloudflare account got billed even though I didn't use any paid services.

I have a personal domain that needs to be online and protected. Mainly for that reason i am using Cloudflare, later on I configured cloud flared to have two of services connect publicly via tunnel (I absolutely love it and thank you for this). Apart from this I don't need extra feature as of now. So, last month I was randomly checking out the features where i found out about the cache reserve, this is a great feature and at one point i thought I will use this so i enabled it. Then I decided to pause it as my website does not require me to use cache and I dont even have huge number of users too. So this looked overkill. Now today I got a mail from Cloudflare regarding the unpaid bill that says I now have to pay $5.75 because I have used cache reserve (Which i actually didn't, It was paused). What to do now? I am attaching few images for reference.

Please do not ping community members for non-moderation reasons. Doing so will not solve your issue faster and will make people less likely to want to help you.

Cloudflare's billing system is undergoing some changes/migration. During this period, you may notice extra bills, incorrect bills, or other issues. To resolve these issues, create a Support ticket by using the following link (you must be logged into your Cloudflare account): https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support Note that all accounts, even Free plan accounts, can create billing tickets. Tickets are the only way to resolve billing issues; we cannot help you in this Discord.
