Outer Wilds DLC not available when offline
Hello, I have Outer Wilds + DLC from Epic Games. When the game is launched with network connection, the main menu has the DLC's name "Echoes of the Eye" under game's name. When the game is launches w/o network, DLC does not appear. How can I play with the DLC offline?

some games just work like that, they need to validate you own the DLC online against epic's servers and require an internet connection

is there anything I can do about that? if I use epic games launcher instead of heroic, can it verify the dlc offline?
