Аccount has been hacked?
Hi everyone, not long ago my game account was hacked and the support service sends me messages like this, does this mean anything because I have filed a complaint before and there were no such messages from them, did I reach a new level? 😂

To recover your account, please submit a recovery request through in-game by going to the login page and selecting:
Help > Hacked Account & Other Account Issues > Account Recovery.
Make sure to submit the request from a familiar device and provide all required and accurate information.
If your issue isn't resolved or your claim is declined through the in-game option, you can submit a recovery request for further assistance.
I have already sent a similar question here, and I received the same answer, to which I replied that the in-game support service asks me to log in from a familiar device that I have lost. You tell me your answer didn't help, thanks.
