Lords of the Fallen GOTY - PS4 Controller Not Recognized by Game
I am on Bazzite and using the Heroic Games Launcher from it's "Baazar" store, so I'm using the Flatpak version (I already did the reinstall thing from the FAQ post). I installed Lords of the Fallen GOTY with GE-Proton9-4 from my GOG library, and found that the game does not recognize my PS4 controller. Bazzite itself recognizes the controller fully. HGL recognises the controller fully. The game does not. Is this an issue with HGL, Proton, my controller, or the game? Will this problem be repeated with my other games? Solution
Didn't think to test my Xbox One controller last night, but I tested it and it works. I have my solution: Proton does support controllers, it's just that Lords of the Fallen doesn't know what to do with a DS4 controller.
