Reclaiming banned account
So my account was banned a few years back (2-3 years if I remember correctly) i still have the login of that account, the Facebook login and Google play aswell but it's banned. Is there anyway to get it back/unbanned? I miss my account so much I wish I was more careful and mature back in then.

If you are not satisfied with the in-game claim results, you can submit a ban appeal from https://pubgmobile.live/support > Appeal instead.

10 Years Unfairs BAN
Hello unfortunately, for unknown reasons, my very valuable game account was blocked for 10
I spent a lot of time and money on this game, I did not use any illegal add-ons or CHEATS in the game, I request you to review my account again and give it back to me.
I know that there will be no problems and my account will be given back to me. If it is not accepted, I will file a lawsuit through legal methods, I know that justice will be on my side. Thank you. I wish you good work.

I did the Ingane file claim thing. They asked me to add a gmail for reward or something. So when they either accept/reject my appeal will I get the email? Also if there's an automated response, how can I contact an actual real working support person?

Well it does say it's under review now so I guess they will email once it's done.
Though I have the question, what can I do if I get the general automated response?
