Error loading imge after truenas app update to 1.9.12

After updating the immich app on truenas scale to the latest version (1.9.12), pictures do not load anymore. Thumbnails are blurry, and instead of displaying the full image, the window shows an "error loading image" message. The console shows Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, access 'upload/thumbs error. This issue is very similar to #20488 on github. Update 1.37.3 seems to have fixed that issue on docker-compose but is peristent in truenas. Is this a known issue or something's wrong with my installation?

Check if, within immich-server container, the folders for your thumbs, library and other are in /data
If that's the case, run the immich-admin command to change location

No, it's fine, I can download them, I can't download 2 videos that I uploaded after the update. So yes, I can download them and it only does it on the videos. Maybe the transcoding needs to be done?

Yeah, something may have happened there, if there is no problems for the images before the update and only for the videos, I would try to re run whole transcoding

I would wait to see if all videos are transcoded, but I think that it's safe to delete the "video" folder if it only contains encoded-videos

If you've got enoug available space on your NAS, I would wait so you're 100% sure that there are no issues

On the app page
With the first button You can access the immich server terminal, that's where you can type the command given above to change from upload to /data
The third button are the logs, it coudl be useful to share them so I can help you
