I recently received a 60-day ban for "circumventing matchmaking rules." However, I believe this is a misunderstanding.
I was having trouble logging in with Facebook using Gameloop Beta (64-bit), so I uninstalled it and installed the 32-bit version instead. I did this only to fix my login issue — not to cheat or manipulate matchmaking.
I’ve always played fairly and would never intentionally break the rules.
Please review my account again. I kindly request you lift the ban so I can continue enjoying the game.

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service.
Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension....
