Temporary Suspension ( century)
Dear Valorant Support Team,
I am writing to respectfully request a review and reconsideration of the suspension applied to my account, which is currently set to end on 7 August 2125. This date appears to be more than a century away, which I believe may be an error or an excessive penalty given the circumstances.
The incident leading to the suspension was not due to intentional disruption or misconduct, but rather the result of frequent short-duration power cuts in my area. These outages typically last only a minute or so, and I make every effort to rejoin matches promptly. Unfortunately, I do not have access to a UPS or backup power supply, and the disconnections are entirely outside my control.
I have been a committed and supportive player, regularly purchasing skins and battle passes, and I truly value the game and its community. I understand the importance of fair play and do not wish to negatively impact the experience of other players. I sincerely request that my suspension period be reduced to a fair and reasonable duration, considering the circumstances.
