BI had that on the discord flatpak once, I needed to uninstall and purge everything before it started working again. I'm using vesktop now 
Aissue is fixed, had to completely remove the flatpack and it's data (unistall via Bazaar wasn't enough):
flatpak uninstall --delete-data <application-ID>
and then remove unused stuff
flatpak uninstall --unused
restart bazaar (cause it still showed as having Discord installed), probably a system restart would work as well, but who has time for that
install Discord again via Bazaar.

Bin the future u can also clear flatpak data via warehouse
Bi think its a planned feature for bazaar as well
