Controller not visible in Xbox Cloud gaming on any browser

Seems the browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Edge) have an issue detecting any connected controller (DualSense or Xbox, wireless or wired) for cloud gaming under Linux. Anyone got any experience with this issue?

did you already grant permissions for the browsers to access /run/udev:ro/run/udev:ro?

Tried it, then closed and re-opened Edge, does not seem to have an effect. Still get the icon and popup indicating no connected controller.

make sure Edge is completely killed. I know that Chrome likes to hang out in the system tray

You can find that out many ways.

Open Flatseal or run flatpak list | grep Firefoxflatpak list | grep Firefox or open its flathub page

The flatpak list is case sensitive, so you might need to make that lowercase. Apps are inconsistently named

found it, sadly my controller is not detected even tho it is connected via bluetooth
