2FA lost and I need to recover my account
Hi there. Unfortunately my phone suffered water damaged and now I am locked out of my cloudflare account because my 2FA was not recoverable. I am going through the recovery process unsuccessfully because cloudflare states that I am not using the device that I previously logged in from. However, I am. Any help here would be greatly appreciated!

There are no instructions shown in the recovery workflow.
It's either I have the 2fa devide or I do not. And I cannot proceed forward as I do not have my 2fa device and I cannot find my recovery code.

@Vero 🐙 Thank you! But I already tried that. The problem is that I lost my 2FA and I can't find my backup code. Even though I am using the same computer that I have always used to log in, that is not working :/
So I am a bit stuck until further notice 🙁
To confirm, you tried #2, the 2FA/Email issues one?

I get the code via email, but when it takes me to step 2, it cannot verify that I am using the same computer that I always have
And then there are no other options because I do not have my 2FA device anymore or my recovery code

This is where I am stuck. I just get a banner at the botton that says to contact support.

You can disregard. I clicked on the billing approach and that was able to help me get in. We are good now. Thank you!
