2FA lost and I need to recover my account

Hi there. Unfortunately my phone suffered water damaged and now I am locked out of my cloudflare account because my 2FA was not recoverable. I am going through the recovery process unsuccessfully because cloudflare states that I am not using the device that I previously logged in from. However, I am.
