Help with setting up shaders to have real chunks smoothly transition into LOD chunks

Hi, I'm in my 2 weeks Minecraft phase and I've seen the latest update to this mod, the one that makes the transition between real and fake chunks smoother. This was my main issue with this mod (and it is with many games that have bad LOD pop in), so you can imagine how happy I was to see it being solved like this, I tried it and it looks so much better.
Then I did my research and found that this feature doesn't work with shaders, because it depends on the shader devs to make it to work, and many haven't done it yet.
My first question is: does anyone have an updated list of the few that do work? I had to look around for hours to find something, and I found out these ones:
  • Photon (from here https://gitlab.com/distant-horizons-team/distant-horizons/-/issues/974),
  • Shrimple (from this thread help-meSmooth Chunk Transition in Distant Horizons Still Available in Fabric 1.21.7?),
  • a paid preview version of the Euphoria Patches for Complementary (same thread, but I've also seen a video of it working)
  • the Eclipse branch of Bliss (from the Bliss discord channel).
I tried to download Photon, and... It doesn't work. Maybe I don't know how to make it work. I don't see a setting to make it work. Whatever the reason, the LODs still have that ugly pop in effect.
Same with Bliss-Eclipse: I downloaded it, it looks gorgeous, but the transition between loaded chunks and LOD is still ugly.
Shrimple I haven't tried it yet, but I don't really like it and I assume it would have the same problem, because at this point I think it's something I missed.
So, what am I missing? Can you help me?
And yes, I'm using DH 2.3.4b for Minecraft 1.20.1, with Fabric and a few performance/QoL mods (if you need the list I'll post it, but I don't think it's the cause of my problems).
