There’s too much waist suppression and the armholes look very high. In short, it’s just too small.

Its just not a very precise body fit wround the torso. Could probably be fixed by going one size up and taking it to a local tailor though.
The way it rumples around the buttons in that last pic looks odd to me though.

Yeah jacket too small. Too small waist and too slim arms versus the trousers width.
If this is off the rack and there's another version in a different fit I'd look at that. I.e. If this is slim fit go for regular fit
