Bug: Compute hours for a free user

I realise this is a bug so I wanted to reach out and share my bug ID, hopefully this gets resolved soon. "56a5542e50c2444fa21fe14b8c6279ec" My project has 0 compute hours fyi. Thank you in advance for your help!

I'm very surprised that you can't even look at the database when this happens, is there any reason for that?

Yes, this is a bug we're aware of and working to get fixed! You can't look at the database because that would involve spinning it up again, but it thinks there's no compute hours left to spin it up with.
