Cpu time is not consumed by waiting on i/o like a fetch. If the client stays connected, there's no limit on duration. Do they all timeout at exactly 3 minutes? That doesn't really match any platform limit that comes to mind, hmm. I assume you're using a queue and calling the container worker via rpc from the queue consumer?
