Printer stopped working after newest update

As title says booting to the newest image makes using printer impossible. Its usb only printer (brother laser printer (if im remember curectly driver for its in brlaser packuage)) Its work on previous one. Idk where to report it so im reporing it here

okey update. Soooooo it is kinda diffrent story now. i wanted to change pc name bcs i have multipe pcs with bazzite installed and wanted to distinguish them from each other in many apps. changing their name using

sudo hostnamectl set-hostname NAME

sudo hostnamectl set-hostname NAME

and rebooing coused to printing to brick ? after returning to stock "bazzite" computer name it fixes inself. So i guess im still reporting a bug but a diffrent one ?

you could ise taailscale to create a network connect the machines to that & set the hostnames on tailscale's dashboard

but this would require tailscale which is a VPN of sorts

that allows you to access your devices from any other tailscale device

if the central server that initially connects all the PCs together goes rougue it could add more devices to your network to spy on you

Yes i heard about it. But i just wanted to know in any app i use with device is with. On router configuration page. Webrowser sync steam loged in devices googl ones etc. Some things are localnetwork only some are normal internet ones. The simplest way would be to change it in device inself. But clearly this is cousing issues. Is printing services only affected? Idk. But its point to the issue that meaby there are more services like this that just tend to break from it.
