Extremely high gantry twist, out of ideas.
Hi, so Ive been fighting heavy gantry twist, what feels strange is that nothing affects the numbers, they just jump +/- 10um, but always the problem is on the left side. Please see the images.
Even artificially if I pul down the left corner, like 1mm, the gantry twist is still in the same range.
Open for ideas or suggestions, thank you!
