🚨 Urgent Help Needed! 🚨 I’m stuck flashing RatOS and could really use an expert hand.Please help🙏

I have this printer that I spent almost $3000 sitting in my basement for months. Someone was nice enough to build it for me, but now they aren’t able to flush the firmware on for me, so I try to do it, but I have no clue how to do it, and I need help. I’ve tried using the Rat OS manual, but I just couldn’t install it. I have zero clue what I’m doing, and if someone could give me step-by-step help, that would be greatly appreciated. I am willing to compensate them in return. I couldn’t figure out how to flash firmware, especially because I’m using a Mac, that might be part of the issue, but it would be great if someone can help me.

EDIT: I have nothing against the RatRig, and I believe they make amazing printers. I just want to get it printing.
