Specific files not uploading

I have a self hosting instance of ente running. I was able to upload most of my photos from the iOS app but then it stopped. It either continually says preserving memories or it stalls while on a random number. I thought it was a connection issue and have been looking through the logs to no avail. Then I went away for the weekend and forgot about it. When I came home it worked almost perfect at first, then stalled. That is where the problem became obvious. It uploaded all my new photos no problem, and stalled on the same videos/album it had been struggling with the whole time. Is there any one who has had this before? Any advice. The documents suggest removing the files from the folder, and uploading them separately. But that was for the desktop app. Not really sure I can remove a photo from the folder on an iPhone. Maybe I can try un/syncing it

For issues with stalled uploads in a self-hosted Ente instance, especially from the iOS app, there are a few things to consider. If the iOS app stalls while uploading specific videos or albums, one potential workaround is to try un-syncing and re-syncing the problematic files. For the desktop app, users have reported the app freezing during the initial upload of large libraries. A telltale sign of this is that the app seems to freeze during the upload, and then restart again from the same state. The logs may show messages around the "renderer process crashing". When this happens, the logs may indicate that the crash occurs when trying to upload some specific large video, or a set of specific large videos. As a workaround, you can put these videos in a separate folder, complete the rest of your upload, and then later upload this folder. Another alternative is to drag and drop the folder you are trying to upload into the app instead of adding a folder watch or uploading a zip. You can find more details at https://help.ente.io/photos/troubleshooting/large-uploads#large-uploads. Also, ensure that you have correctly configured your reverse proxy, MinIO API endpoint, and S3 credentials. Setting up bucket CORS or global CORS on MinIO or your external S3 service provider is also suggested; you can read more about it at https://help.ente.io/self-hosting/administration/object-storage#cors-cross-origin-resource-sharing. I ‘unsynced’ the problem folders. But when I look in the ‘backup status’ it’s filled this these kind of entries Does that mean it didn’t really preserve all of them?

The app does say ‘memories preserved’ despite the errors

If you click on "Contact support", it'll draft an email attached with logs Could you please share them / look into those for errors?

Yeah. I think they have personal info in it. Can I send it directly to you?
