FPS cap only 55 and 33
I can only cap the fps to 55 and 33 with my monitor at 165hz, what could be the problem?

TBecause you can only cap to a multiple of your monitors refresh rate, meaning you will need to change your resolution and refresh rate in settings to something like 2560x1440 120 which will give you 120, 60, 40, 30 etc

οΏ½Try 144Hz instead,it is divisible by a lot more natural numbers than 165.
οΏ½165 is just divisible by 3 5 and 11
οΏ½The fps lock is based on your current monitor Hertz and it caps at divisible percentage of that to avoid tearing
