scale to zero on scale plan
hi, i upgraded to the scale plan cause of the "From 1 minute scale to zero" instead of 5min
and after upgrading is only had a toggle i cant switch it to only 1min i had to reverse the website api to edit it

Hey! You can change the scale to zero time by creating a compute node via the Neon API : https://api-docs.neon.tech/reference/createprojectendpoint
Once you create one using a suspend time different to 5 minutes, a new user input section will appear in the console. We are currently working to make this more straightforward and improve DX 🙂
