/accounts/{account_id}/rum stuff, and can't figure out the token permission needed for the life of me... tried 20 or so account-level permissions so far and none work.

User API Tokens and Account API Tokens permissions are hidden(ish)? Like I can add them, but only if I start with an API token generator URL like so:API Tokens: Read to their existing token.
