Major performance issues
So since I upgraded my PC recently my PC has a fit any time I try and run Val my whole system freezes every couple seconds for no apparent reason, this issue didn't exist prior to my upgrade and is isolated to Val.
The issue also persists even when closing the game the only way to return to normal is a full shut down and startup of my PC. Attempting to restart is nigh impossible due to the freezing or takes longer than usual

Does it freeze for 5 sec, then unfreeze and then repeat
more or less
all drivers and windows are up to date
repaired the game a bunch too

i still have that stupid performance issue even tho im on high fps.

polling rate.
Was it too high

basically
my deathadder v3
has a maximum of 8k polling rate
i tried it before on 8k
on other games
and i was having performance issues
so i went and change it to 1k
and now for whatever reason
i tried 8k again
and valorant feels normal now 😭
