potential cpu issue (?)

for some odd reason, its only valorant that has this problem

my fps drops significantly and my cpu usage spikes too, is it because of my temperatures? (its usually at 50-70celcius when playing val)

ive reinstalled, cleaned my pc, repaired files, had someone log into my pc to see if its val itself, nothing works
