Hello everyone! I'm facing account login issue! I submitted claim a week a ago and when i try to mail they always give this response. Wait for 10 business days how much i have to wait is already been a week. My submitted claim is already been approved! Should i wait or do something else?

If they have not responded to you in a reasonable time span, you may send them a message as a kind reminder.
Please be reminded that 10 business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or any public holidays.
