#Account issue
Hello everyone!
I'm facing account login issue! I submitted claim a week a ago and when i try to mail they always give this response. Wait for 10 business days how much i have to wait is already been a week. My submitted claim is already been approved! Should i wait or do something else?

If they have not responded to you in a reasonable time span, you may send them a message as a kind reminder.
Please be reminded that 10 business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or any public holidays....

They're responding this same thing everyday! May be the security team is on holidays or something?
