My PUBG MOBILE account was compromised, and I’m currently unable to submit an account recovery request because the system keeps showing “unusual activity detected.”
I have access to ownership details such as my original login method (Facebook), previous usernames, devices used, and screenshots, but I can’t even reach the recovery stage due to this restriction.
Has anyone experienced this before? If so, how long did it take before you were able to submit a recovery request?
I’d really appreciate any guidance from the community or moderators.

To recover your account, please submit a recovery request through in-game by going to the login page and selecting:
Help > Hacked Account & Other Account Issues > Account Recovery.
Make sure to submit the request from a familiar device and provide all required and accurate information. Please check https://pubgmobile.live/recovery for reference.
