I'm writing to seek your help with a critical issue regarding my PUBG Mobile account, UNGLIĪLEGA (ID: 5695612510). Recently, my account was compromised, and an unauthorized user gained access. They made illegal UC purchases, which triggered your system’s detection and led to restrictions on my account.
I've successfully recovered my account, but I'm facing several issues:
- The UC I purchased for Prime Plus has been removed.
- I can't play Rank Matches.
- I’m unable to claim items from PUBG Mail.
- Upon login, I see a notification about the restriction (attached).
I want to emphasize that I had no involvement in these illegal activities. This is my first PUBG Mobile account, and I’ve been a genuine user. I’ve already changed my password and secured my account, and I’m eager to recharge UC to continue playing fairly.
I humbly request your team to review my case and lift the restrictions. I’d appreciate it if you could restore my Prime Plus UC and access to Rank Matches and mail items. I’ve included a screenshot of the notification for reference.
