#Pubg support Dear PUBG Support Team, I am writing to request a clear explanation regarding the ban imposed on my account. I have already contacted your support multiple times, but unfortunately, I have not received a convincing response. The stated reason for the ban is “modifying game data or codes,” but I am absolutely certain that I have never modified anything in the game, nor have I ever used any cheating tools. I have been playing PUBG since Season 2, and my account is currently level 80. Over the years, I have invested more than $5,000 in this account. Despite my appeal to lift the ban, my request was rejected without a clear justification. I am not asking for my account to be unbanned—I only want to know the real and specific reason why my account was banned, as I am confident I have not violated the rules. It is very frustrating that a player who has been loyal to the game for so many years, and has invested a significant amount of money, cannot reach proper support channels for clarification. The only option available seems to be community moderators on Discord, who understandably do not know the real reasons behind such bans. I sincerely hope you can provide me with a transparent and detailed explanation of the exact violation that led to my account’s ban. Additionally, I kindly suggest improving the communication channels with players—such as providing a direct email or faster response options—for cases like this. Thank you for your time and support. If you have any objections to claim results, please contact the customer service through in-game or by sending an e-mail to service@pubgmobile.com. I would like to request support in creating an outfit for the Eritrean community in PUBG. I am from Eritrea 🇪🇷, and while I am passionate about representing my people in the game, I am unsure how to connect with the PUBG design team or the right people to make this possible. Unlike Arabic and Asian communities who already have voice packs and outfits, Eritrean players currently do not have any representation in PUBG. Many of us are active players who invest time and money into the game, yet we feel overlooked and underrepresented. I respectfully ask PUBG to consider recognizing the Eritrean community by supporting our request for an outfit, and by giving us the opportunity to see our culture represented in the game.
