Hello, as I’ve requested support before , my accouny got hacked somehow someone got access to it and stole it like 4 months ago. 7 days ago i made a successful recovery on my account, but today I tried to log online and my account again is gone , you support people gave my account back to the same guy who stole it from me are you kidding me? Ive messaged y’all on email a lot and still none helps . #questions #support

To recover your account, please submit a recovery request through in-game by going to the login page and selecting:
Help > Hacked Account & Other Account Issues > Account Recovery....

Hope anyone can help me here , because on email im getting the same response every time , and they just act non guilty on there.

To recover your account, please submit a recovery request through in-game by going to the login page and selecting:
Help > Hacked Account & Other Account Issues > Account Recovery.
Make sure to submit the request from a familiar device and provide all required and accurate information.
If your issue isn't resolved or your claim is declined through the in-game option, you can submit a recovery request for further assistance.
Already did it and it got accepted, but within next 3 day they gave it back to the scammers and now I can’t do file claims due to successful one within the last 3 months.
You can also submit an account recovery request via the community support form.

Because sharing accounts is not officially allowed, you need to explain how your account was stolen
I dont have to explain to you anything mate . It’s not like youre one of the support team who needs to know smth.
haha If you give your password to someone else or click on a phishing link and your account is not linked, who can you blame if it is stolen
