Support
Hello, I need help. My account was stolen and then banned 10 years ago. Before the ban, I managed to submit an account recovery form. What can I do in this case? I can't contact any PUBG representative via chat. The thief who stole my account sent me WhatsApp instructions step by step on how to ban my account. She blackmailed me that if I don't light a match, I won't get my account back. Of course, I didn't pay. Is there anyone here who can help me?

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. If your account has been permanently suspended, please submit Appeal through https://pubgmobile.live/support.
If your account has been compromised or lost, please submit Recovery through https://pubgmobile.live/support....

I have ample evidence of the account being stolen... and that it's mine. Support is terrible in this situation. What happens to my account now? I invested a lot of money in it.
The PUBG Mobile administration in my country is comprised of one person who has learned the ropes when it comes to support... In my opinion, the game generates so much profit, and there's not even live chat. Everything's fine as long as people buy UC.

I would like an effective way..
You can try contacting the in-game customer service directly, as this is an issue that they can assist you with.
As I mentioned, support for this game unfortunately doesn't take players seriously... but thank you for the advice. The best solution would be to end your cooperation with this creator.
After all, the mere fact that the account is logged in from Poland suddenly shows a login from another country. There's an official report of the theft. And what does support do? They send an email to the thief that his account is being recovered. That's why the thief banned it?
