I can't contact any PUBG representative via chat. The thief who stole my account sent me WhatsApp instructions step by step on how to ban my account. She blackmailed me that if I don't light a match, I won't get my account back. Of course, I didn't pay. Is there anyone here who can help me?

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. If your account has been permanently suspended, please submit Appeal through https://pubgmobile.live/support.
