I had the same issue about 20days ago, i posted on this thread and i managed to solve it by updating my graphics drive on intel website through advice from a kind person , but this issue popped up again and i do not know how to fix it, i will put images of my cpu and gpu attached to my post. Please help me thank you

the title i mentioned popped up on my screen after trying to launch valorant
i play on a IdeaPad Pro 5 which is suitable to run val but it does not allow me to run the engine

or your gpu isnt compatible with direct x

Type dxdiag
Show ss in display tab
feature level should be 11
