Can't get Assassin's creed shadows to work on Bazzite-stable (and Bazzite-dx-stable)

I've been trying Bazzite the last few days (first started on gnome then went to kde)
I downloaded ac shadows on gnome and it worked without any issues. Now I try it on KDE and I can't get past the initial launch: The games starts, plays the different videos then says that I'm not on a SSD but HDD (which is not the case) and right after I skip this warning.
I haven't found any related issue to that here telling the game crashes
Is there something that can be done to fix the issue (I found online that I could install the game on windows, boot into my game, then copy the save files over to the bazzite install, but I wonder if there is a better way as it was working on GNOME)
