You should send your
latest.log file to provide additional useful information.
Logs are usually located in the .minecraft/logs directory.
On Windows: %appdata%\.minecraft\logs
On Linux: ~/.minecraft/logs
On Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/logs

Which are client and not server to begin with

1. That message gives the location of client side logs and instructa on how to upload logs
2. The Screen Shot is in a different folder than what the bot said

Maybe another mod prevents DH from loading, try removing all other mods and send new logs

you need to restart the server
I think that commads only reloads server config file
and datapacks

And I wouldn't trust it even for that
but mods cannot be "just reloaded"
