Cannot access support portal and cannot purchase plans anymore
We are in the agency partner program and have multiple customer tenant sub-accounts.
Unfortunately, it seems no longer possible to purchase plans for our customer accounts.
Therefore, I tried to open tickets. Unfortunately, I have the ticket numbers but got no response so far to all my tickets. I cannot access the support portal anymore. I am only redirected to a help page ("Cannot locate dashboard account").
I tried to chat with support but the guy just created another ticket where I have not received any communications.
Our customer wants to spend money but it seems as cloudflare does not want it.
Anyone from Cloudflare here who can help us?
