Cropped/No-Break Wool Trousers?
Hey everyone, curious what the current view is on cropped wool trousers - or ones with no break? I just don't love the current super-baggy style in fashion right now, but happy with a little looser fit. Pics attached for the general idea.
Any recommendations in the $100-$200 USD range would be great. I haven't found a good tailor either so I'm nervous about buying something expensive that would need shortening on the inseam.
Thanks!
EDIT: I'm 5'10, 180ish lbs, a little stocky. Normally i'll buy a 32/33 waist with 28 or 30 inseam

Hi @joshwarner! For better answers, include:
- Reference pictures
- Budget in numbers
- Specific measurements
- Openness to buying secondhand and/or online
- Location: country/continent is fine
- Timing/urgency
It's fine but a little dated/millenial. If you want this look you gotta find a tailor or learn to hem yourself though (it's pretty easy!). Being able to shorten your pants opens up buying whatever you want and then getting this look (and you can leave allowance to go to a single break look or whatever in case you wanna try something else in future)
thanks! I figured that might be the case
I own the light brown pants in pic 3 and like em a lot I think cropped looks tbh
Would also add hemming is a simple job you can probably trust most tailors with. It's the more involved stuff you might wanna worry about.
Bit dated but Japanese brands still generally do it by default, they like pants cropped/no break so it's a good option for finding inspo for it
