JI am getting "Please enable R2 through the Cloudflare dashbard, but I already have it enabled as well as two buckets with data in it. I had disabled it for a few months and now I cannot use the credentials anymore.

JCorrect. I had it "stopped" so it does not incur charge, and I enabled it 4 hours ago.

JYup, that is why I am confused. The test bucket I had made in 2024 is still here and I can see all the files inside it.
