WI had this issue in cyberpunk and helldivers 2 - but all other games I play so far have been fine
WI fixed it by forcing the performance profile

CI tried this but it just had a slight increase which I'm not really happy about.
οΏ½from the steam performance overlay it seems you are cpu bottlenecked, cpu util is quite high, over 80%
οΏ½can you try opening the full mangohud overlay in-game perhaps that gives us more clues where the issue is

CListen, I don't want to to be rude but I know my hardware. When I say my GPU is underutilized, IT IS underutilized. If you look up a video on youtube who has the same hardware, I'm pretty sure 3600 goes 80% on cyberpunk 2077 which is normal for this kind of game. It is clear as day that my RX 6600 only has medium power draw, same goes to RDR2. I don't think sharing my graphics settings would resolve anything.
