Breath of Fire IV on Macbook Pro

Can anyone help me with setting up this game on my Macbook? I tried installing it but when I hit play, nothing happens

I went to Settings - Advanced but didn’t see the option to enable verbose log

those are the general settings, not the game settings right click the game card in the library o click the gear icon in the game page

hmmm it's really odd that the Game Output section is totally empty maybe try this: - game page - 3-dots menu - verify and repair (to make sure no game files are missing) then: - delete the prefix folder /Users/anhdao/Games/Heroic/Prefixes/default/Breath of Fire IV using Finder (file explorer) - run the game again (it should recreate the folder) if it still fails, share a new game log

I followed your instructions and still couldn’t load the game. It went a bit further than last time. The crossover window showed up with the game icon, but had this error message

maybe you could try using wine-staging 10.14 or the commercial Crossover 25.1 (instead of wine-crossover) other than that I don't know if the game even works on Mac (there's no info about that game in https://www.codeweavers.com/compatibility)
