Can I use my AWS startup credits to pay for Neon?

Hey everyone 👋 We’re a women’s fashion marketplace startup based in Turkey, and we recently got $50k in AWS startup credits. I was wondering — is it possible to use those credits to pay for Neon databases? I remember hearing something about a Neon x AWS collaboration that might make this possible, but I couldn’t find anything official on the AWS site. I know we could technically host Postgres on EC2 and S3, but we’d really prefer to use Neon natively if there’s any way to have the payment go through AWS credits. Has anyone done this or knows if it’s supported? 🙏

Hey! Neon only supports billing through the AWS Marketplace for Private Offers, which are typically reserved for custom plans. The self-service plans are only purchasable through Neon.

@Sam Got it, thanks! So should I contact Neon’s sales team directly to ask about a Private Offer, or is there a specific place or form I should use for that?

Hey @booruledie - nice to meet you! Please reach out via neon.com/startups 🙂 I'm not sure we have a way to pay with AWS credits right now but we have our own credits program. Either way, Brad will know better!

Hey @booruledie! Unfortunately we no longer support AWS credits. If you think you might be a fit for the Startup Program (neon.com/startups) definitely submit an application and we'll take a look!
