Can't export db because of quota ?

Hey guys

I'm running into the issue of
pg_dump: error: connection to server...ERROR: Your project has exceeded the data transfer quota
Is it possible to temporarly increase my limits so i can export it ?

My project Id is dry-heart-80203682
