Pi undervolted?

Suddenly getting these messages recently. Doesn't seem to affect any of the prints so far though. Anybody know what could cause this?

If you're powering the Pi via the standard method of using +5V from the Octopus board, it can happen. The Octpus board's 5V regulator can't quite provide enough power for the Pi and all USB peripherals, especially through the thin wires. I think a lo t of people use a separate 5V power supply for the Pi.

I am seeing the same messages and mine also appeared what I thought was suddenly, but actually started happening after letting RatOS update to RC3. Are you on RC2 or RC3 by chance?

i run my pi on an official pi power supply and havent had issues with all of the USBs. the camera in the near future may change that though.
