HDMI Audio - HDTV, output works in desktop but not in gaming mode
I’m stumped here. I am able to see my audio output and it functions just fine when in desktop mode, and I also do not see the ability to disable any devices in system settings , though I do only have one device for audio output.
When my gaming mode is on, it just does not seem to output any audio, I did have to make a change to change my primary monitor to my HDMI TV which works totally fine , via the docs instructions, but somehow there’s just no audio output at all to the TV, even though the HDMI audio device is detected both in steam gaming mode and in desktop mode.
My monitor has no audio, so my DVI monitor is audioless and my hdmi tv has audio and video output through hdmi. The audio I refer to when in desktop mode uses that same output which is out through the tv speakers. Could there be something additional I need in that .config file I placed for the primary monitor output? Thanks for your help and to everyone in this community bearing with my setup process!!!

I just tested with another soundcard to straight audio speakers, and was no problem. Seems to be a TV /HDTV issue, I have noticed there was mention of this but it doesnt seem to be fixed the same way as in the Doc's instructions.
