Redirect problems

It's correct, but I went to set up the cron system and it gave me some kind of IP error, so I called them and they told me that the domain isn't pointing to the web hosting even though it displays correctly, so I don't know. They told me to either switch the nameserver to theirs and try that, or write to cloud support. so I did that

and I'll see if it works for them, and if not, I'll switch it back and we'll figure something out.

Have you changed the nameservers already? The site isn't even using Cloudflare nameservers at the moment.
