Can’t access my account
I’m writing this because I’m honestly really disappointed and frustrated. I’ve been trying for days to recover my original PUBG account, which I always logged in with my Apple ID on the same device. After a server issue, the game created a completely new account for me, and every time I tried to recover my old one, it showed “unusual activity.”
I followed all the steps, tried the Help section, and even reached out here, but nothing worked. I really loved playing PUBG — I spent a lot of time and effort on my account, and it hurts that I can’t access it anymore MY UID 51973346039
