I’m writing this message as a formal and urgent objection to the permanent suspension of my Valorant account. I have already submitted several tickets regarding this issue, but none of the responses I’ve received have provided a clear or satisfactory explanation for why my account was banned.
You have repeatedly stated that the decision is final, yet you have not shown any concrete evidence or details about what specific violation occurred, when it happened, or what actions triggered the suspension. I have the right to know exactly what rule or behavior led to this permanent ban.
As I mentioned before, I strongly believe that my account was compromised and used by someone else without my authorization. I was not playing at the time the alleged violation occurred, and any suspicious activity came from unauthorized access. Despite explaining this multiple times, my case has not been fairly reviewed.
This situation is extremely frustrating and feels deeply unfair — I’ve invested time, effort, and money into this game, and I’m being punished for something I didn’t do. I demand:
A complete manual reinvestigation of my account by a senior member of your anti-cheat or security team.
A detailed and transparent explanation — with clear evidence — of what rule was allegedly broken, and when.
A review and removal of the hardware or system lock, as it was most likely triggered by the hacker’s actions, not mine.
