Account Hacked — Ban Appeal Request

I’m reaching out because my Valorant account was recently hacked and permanently banned while it was under unauthorized access.
My account was hacked on September 3rd after my PC was fully hacked. During that time, the hacker gained access to my Riot account, changed the account information, and was playing on it without my knowledge. The account was banned after it was hacked.
I only managed to recover the account yesterday, and that’s when I discovered the permanent ban!
The issue is that the hacker already submitted a ban appeal while he had access to my account. Because of that, my current appeal is not being reviewed, and I’m being told the case cannot be checked again. This is very frustrating because the previous appeal was not submitted by me (real account owner).
I want to confirm the following:
- I am the original owner of the account.
- I have never used cheats or third-party software.
- I never submitted a ban appeal myself before recovering the account.
- The account information was changed right after it was hacked.
I have all the evidence you may need to verify ownership, including:
- Original email address
- all Purchase receipts and transaction history
- Account creation information
- All account details
I kindly ask you to review the login IP history during the time of the hack. You will see that the access does not match my usual device or location.
This incident did not only affect my Riot account — my entire PC was hacked, and I lost access to multiple accounts across different services, many of which I was unable to recover. I can provide proof of this situation if needed.
I’m honestly very sad about this situation. I’ve invested both time and money into this account, and it means a lot to me. I truly hope you can help me resolve this issue.
Please let me know what verification you need from me, as I’m ready to provide any proof required.
