Appeal for Permanent Ban in Valorant Account - Hacked Account Situation
I am writing to appeal a decision regarding the permanent ban of my Valorant account, [ZedrixOFC], which occurred on January 2024. I understand that account security is a priority, and I appreciate the measures in place to protect users.
Unfortunately, my account was compromised due to the actions of my brother, who attempted to download a cracked game on the same computer. As a result of his actions, unauthorized access was gained to my Valorant account, leading to a breach of security.
Upon discovering the unauthorized access, I took immediate action to recover my account by following the necessary recovery procedures. However when i recovered my account, to my dismay, I found that my account had been permanently banned for the alleged use of third-party software.
I want to emphasize that during the time of the ban, I did not have control over my account, someone was playing ranked games on my account, i guess u can see the ip its tottaly diferent, and any actions taken during that period were not at my discretion. I have already attempted to explain this situation through the support system, but it seems that automated responses are hindering the resolution of this matter.
I kindly request a thorough review of my case, taking into consideration the circumstances surrounding the breach of my account. I am more than willing to provide any additional information or evidence that may assist in the investigation.
