Xbox 360 Controller D-Pad Input swapped after updating to Bazzite 43

I've been using Bazzite on my HTPC with a OEM Xbox 360 Controller adapter for a few months with no issues. It's been plug and play. Today, I updated Bazzite and suddenly the inputs on the D-Pad are swapped (left is up, up is left, down is right, right is down). Other controllers I've tried (Steam Controller, 8bitdo SN30 Pro Plus) seem unaffected. Any way to dig further into this or solve it?
