Depending on you fast your registrar is, it can take ~24-48 hours

It's dnssec.

Only a few public resolvers work because not all validate dnssec. Based off the type, it looks like you had it configured for the nameservers before Cloudflare.

You can disable dnssec at your Registrar, and update the configuration to Cloudflare's after if you want to use Dnssec still

just patience, I saw it in whois before and don't see it now, pretty sure it is disabled, it can just take hours for dns propagation

I would throw in a side note that these country code domains like .lt do tend to be slower/take longer to update then the generic top level domains like com/org/net/etc, I think just a matter of older/less infrastructure. If stability and quick updates is important to you, better to stick with the big ones

All of the two letter (country code top level domains) are yea, usually they get someone else to maintain them, looks like a university in this case
